Bespoke cakes vary depending on size and design so in order to give you a quote we ask for this information first.

All of the cakes in our gallery have a guide price. This price may still vary depending on size.

Typically our bespoke cakes start from £80 for a basic design and carved (2D or 3D) cakes start from £150.

Due to the bespoke nature of our business, the quickest and easiest way to place your order is by phone. Our phone lines are open from Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm. After hours you may contact us by email. Our contact details can be found on our contact page.

Please note our online shop is currently disabled as we are rebuilding this feature. Therefore we are not accepting orders via the website.

When enquiring about our cakes please provide as much information as possible; how many people your order is for, the date the order is required, design requirements and a delivery address. The more specific you are the quicker we can provide you with a quote.

Generally 2-3 working days is fine for most cupcake or cake pop orders up to 200 units.

Occasionally we can turnaround orders for next day and sometimes same day delivery within London (as long as the order is placed before 10am).

We try to be as accomodating as possible however we do sometimes have very busy weeks so it is best to book in advance so that we can guarantee availability.

For bespoke orders it is best to give us 5 days notice. If you require a bespoke cake for a weekend event it is best to order by the Thursday morning at the latest.

Our cupcakes are baked in batches of 12 and since we are a bespoke bakery we ask that you order one flavour per dozen.

Our minimum order for cake pops is 12 per design. If ordering logo cake pops, the minimum order is 30.

Our smallest available cake is 8". We do offer 6" cakes but only as cutting cakes for weddings or as part of a larger order.

We only deliver cupcakes and large cakes within London. We use City Sprint for all deliveries. Prices depend on your postcode. Please call us for a quote.

Generally Central London deliveries are £12-20. Collection is also available from our bakery in London Fields.

Cake pops can be delivered nationwide. Delivery is with Royal Mail Special Delivery or TNT Express. The price for sending 12-20 cake pops within the UK is £12.

We can send cake pops internationally, please call us for a quote.

For London orders we use City Sprint same day vans for deliveries, their drivers are trained in handling fragile goods such as our cakes. Since we use a third party for our deliveries we are unable to guarantee a delivery time and are not liable for any delays or damage to your order once it has left our kitchen. We recommend having your order delivered the night before or least 2 hours before your event starts. There is also the option of collecting your order from our kitchen in E8 which is also highly recommended for larger cakes.

We endeavour to answer all emails within 4 working hours. However sometimes our bakery can get very busy with all hands on deck. Unfortunately since we are a small business we don't have someone who sits at a computer all day answering the phone and emails (as much as we'd love to!). If your enquiry is urgent and you haven't heard back yet it is best to call us.

Most of our cakes do not contain nuts unless stated in the flavour eg. carrot & walnut, banana & pecan.

We do however use nuts in our kitchen and although great care is taken to ensure there are no nuts in our nut-free flavours there may be traces of nuts in our cakes. We recommend that customers with severe nut allergies do not eat our cakes.

Unfortunately we are not a free-from bakery and therefore are unable to offer this at present.
