All our Same Day Delivery cakes leave our kitchen in perfect condition by drivers who are advised in the handling of them. Customers are welcome to arrange their own collection either in person or via their own courier. Please note once cakes have left our kitchen we are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage caused by third parties.
Where cakes are sent via Royal Mail or next day delivery services, we take care to package them as carefully as possible but due to their fragile nature this service is provided at customer’s own risk. It is customer’s responsibility to ensure addresses given are correct and that a contact telephone number is provided. The Company is not liable for any delays or loss caused by any third party or next day delivery service once cakes have left our kitchen.
