Charlie Le Mindu
Hair stylist and wig maker Charlie Le Mindu (http://www.charlielemindu.com/) designed this vanilla sponge “Slutty Cake”. The idea behind it was that the cake would be her hair. When Charlie first suggested this, Molly thought he was barking mad but he already had the cake all worked out…genius. Charlie has designed pieces for Lady Gaga.
Piers Atkinson
Hat maker Piers Atkinson (http://www.piersatkinson.com/) designed this Victoria sponge “bog cake”. Piers’ collection based on a “Black Widow” who eats men for breakfast. In this cake the Black Widow has ditched Action Man in a messy bog. Piers has a voodoo Action Man hat in his AW/10 collection which was the inspiration for this cake. Piers has designed pieces for Lady Gaga and even had a range of accessories available in Topshop.
Jacob Kimmie
This Barbie cake was based on one of Jacob Kimmie’s (http://www.jacobkimmie.com/) original sketches from his AW10 collection.
